Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead in Saucon Valley for the regular/part-time position. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model brand standards, and support leadership responsibilities as needed to create memorable, hospitality-driven experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, coaching teammates, and maintaining merchandise flow and store policies while promoting cross-channel initiatives. Availability includes nights and weekends.
