Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead in Oxnard, CA who will create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and guide your team toward peak performance.

Your leadership will ensure smooth store operations, a fabulous appearance, and motivated staff. This role supports growth within the brand and alignment with store priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage to understand their needs.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities with store leaders to drive results.
• Assist in scheduling to maximize productivity and payroll balance.
• Support onboarding of new associates when needed.
