Qualifications

• You’ll bring to the role 1-3 years retail experience.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.

• Proficient with technology, including operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage to understand needs and support shopping.
• Share knowledge of products to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations within the selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
• Coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
• Identify business opportunities with store leaders to drive results.
• Assist with scheduling to maximize productivity and payroll balance.
• Support onboarding of new associates and execute brand guidelines.
