THE POSITION

As a Sales Lead (Part-time Seasonal), you will:

• Provide exceptional guest service and support the store management in daily operations
• Ensure guests have the best shopping experience
• Create an entertaining, fun, and memorable experience for guests

Position Preferences / Requirements:

• Retail keyholder, supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience
• Strong merchandising skills
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Proactively engage and demonstrate products in a positive manner
• Welcoming, friendly, and outgoing attitude towards guests and team members

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, and hand use. Occasionally, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling are required. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
