As a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Lead, you’ll be a key contributor to the retail team, helping to drive sales and ensure smooth operation during the busy holiday season.

The Role:

As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible.
2. Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Retail rockstar with prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.

3. A friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in.
4. Comfortable with a flexible schedule – weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of the fun!
5. Someone who loves interacting with guests of all ages and is proactive in showcasing our amazing products.

Physical Demands:

1. Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
2. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
