Job summary

Purple is hiring a Sales Lead to drive personal sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Albuquerque stores. The role supports a part-time schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will develop product knowledge, coach teammates, and help achieve performance goals.

You will uphold Purple’s visuals and standards while learning and applying knowledge to match customer needs, grow selling skills, and contribute to a thriving store team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $19.00 hourly. In addition, this role is eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, per the commission agreement terms and conditions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Drive Sales & KPIs

• Make strategic sales decisions that align to Purple’s values
• Drive individual sales and results through sales strategies to meet Purple’s performance metrics
• Establish clear personal goals, take ownership of results, consistently monitor progress, and track personal performance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions; Capability to lift up to 200 pounds via team lift or equipment
