Job summary

Visionworks in Murray, Utah, is seeking a personable Sales Lead to be the face of the store and guide customers through the eyewear journey. This part-time role requires friendly, knowledgeable service to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Experience in optics or ABO Certification is preferred, with duties spanning sales, training, and daily store operations such as inventory and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required.
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training.
• Execute day-to-day store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay Rate:$12.82 -17.29 per hr

The Role

A VisionworksSales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
