Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 6823-Paddock Mall, Ocala, FL. You will lead associates and partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, ensuring a smooth operation, an appealing store, and motivated staff. Your hands-on leadership will help guide the team to reach peak performance.

The role prioritizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and executing the company selling model while adhering to brand guidelines and integrity of store operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and helping customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to support shopping experiences.
