WHBM is seeking a Sales Lead in the Mayfair Mall, Wauwatosa, to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership in day-to-day operations. You’ll uphold brand standards and foster a welcoming, customer-centered store culture.

You’ll coach staff on product knowledge, execute cash handling and inventory tasks, and drive sales through an omni-channel approach. Strong communication, team leadership, and flexible availability are essential for success in this role.

• Passion for brand and fashion reflected in interactions with customers.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you partner closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and step in to support leadership responsibilities wherever needed. You play a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and helping shape a positive team culture. You will set the tone for achieving team goals by providing clear direction and support. As a role model for the team, you demonstrate a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.
