Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive sales, lead our teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic store environment. This role emphasizes motivation, problem-solving, and maintaining a welcoming vibe for shoppers.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with open weekend availability, strong sales skills, and a fun, outgoing personality. Experience in athletic footwear is a plus, and growth opportunities are highlighted in this retail setting.

• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

The Role

• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer’s problems

• Make sure your store always has a cool vibe (inclusive work environment)

Compensation

Sales Lead pay range: $12.00 - $12.00 per hour.
