Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to energize customers, drive sales and lead store teams with enthusiasm and service excellence. The role focuses on motivating staff, delivering top-notch customer experience, maintaining a clean, organized store, and promoting a fun, inclusive vibe while meeting sales goals and growing within the Shoe Palace family.

Weekend availability is essential, and you will train and mentor others to achieve outstanding results in a fast-paced fashion

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills.
• Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging).
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales, motivating and connecting with customers to deliver top service.
• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer problems.
• Meet customers and build positive customer relations (set the example).
• Help keep a clean, neat, and organized store.
• Keep your personal and productivity goals in mind all-day.

Compensation

Sales Lead pay range: $12.00 - $12.00 per hour.
