Job summary

Jockey is seeking a part-time Sales Lead (Key Holder) in Birch Run, MI to provide exceptional customer service and support store goals. You will enable smooth opening/closing, assist with merchandising, and handle register transactions while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role emphasizes leadership responsibilities, guest engagement, product knowledge, and promoting Jockey Rewards membership, with PTO and employee discounts for part-time team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Three years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Jockey’s service principles.
• Support achievement of store goals and maximize sales.
• Assist in opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, markdowns, and visuals.
• Ring purchases and process cash or card payments accurately.
• Protect cash, inventory and company assets per policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Engage guests with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Promote rewards programs and guest loyalty.
