Pandora in Memorial City is seeking an energetic Sales Lead to actively engage customers, share product knowledge, and help drive store performance. You will support Managers and Sales Associates, coaching the team to meet and exceed PPCs and KPI targets while delivering memorable shopping moments.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in high-performance selling, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience across all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Mastery of time management and prioritization, with delegated tasks as needed.
• General computer skills (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50+ pounds.
