Pandora in Montgomery Mall is seeking a Sales Lead to embody the Pandora brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success, exceed sales goals, and build lasting connections with fans.

The role requires at least 2 years of high-performance selling experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older with proof of identity and work eligibility.
