Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0431-Hillsdale Shopping Center, San Mateo, CA. You will supervise the team, lead by example on the sales floor, coach for performance, and ensure seamless omni-channel customer experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment while sharing brand initiatives with staff and supporting a positive work environment.
