Chico's in Hillsdale Shopping Center, San Mateo, CA, is seeking a Sales Associate to join a customer-centered team focused on hospitality, product knowledge, and personalized service. You will help create a seamless omnichannel experience and contribute to store goals while maintaining a visually inspiring environment.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays, strong communication, and teamwork. Prior retail experience is a plus; training is provided.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
