Qualifications

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Completion of training programs leading up to Sales Lead or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties per policy.
• Supervise daily store operations in management's absence.
• Ensure loss prevention practices are followed in management's absence.
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Communicate store needs to management promptly.
• Be able to work night and weekend shifts.
