Chico's in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and support leadership duties on the floor. You will drive brand priorities, coach staff, and ensure memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect Chico's hospitality.

You'll assist with opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management while promoting an omni-channel approach. A 2-year retail management background and strong communication are essential for success.

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Able to open/close store and supervise operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
