Chico's FAS in Albertville Premium Outlets, MN, is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, coach the team, and deliver hospitality‑driven service. You will manage opening/closing, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling while promoting brand standards and an omni‑channel approach.

You will help develop the team, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture with a focus on customer experience.

Competenze

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
