Job Description:

Mr. Plumber partners with Home Depot to offer Water Treatment Services to customers. As a Lead Generation team member, your role is to identify potential customers through friendly and engaging dialogue, with the goal of scheduling them for Heating and Cooling service appointments provided by Mr. Plumber. We seek motivated, sales-driven, and career-minded individuals who enjoy working with the public, possess a competitive spirit, and are outgoing and energetic.

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance supporting the company’s image with Home Depot
• Maintain and utilize in-store displays to communicate water treatment benefits
• Engage with prospective customers during their shopping experience
• Greet customers proactively, qualify potential buyers, and schedule appointments
• Build relationships with Home Depot store associates and management
• Educate about the Water Treatment Program to customers and staff
• Achieve program KPIs and goals
• Attend meetings and training sessions
