Job Description:

Mr. Plumber, in partnership with Home Depot, provides Water Treatment Services to customers. As a Lead Generator, your role involves identifying potential customers through engaging dialogue to schedule Heating and Cooling service appointments for CMr. Plumber. We seek motivated, sales-driven, and career-minded individuals who are energetic, outgoing, and enjoy working with the public. A competitive spirit can be a great asset in this role!

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance supporting Home Depot’s business image
• Maintain and utilize in-store displays to communicate water treatment benefits
• Engage proactively with customers during shopping
• Qualify prospects, educate about Water Treatment Program, and schedule appointments
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff and management
• Achieve program KPIs and goals
• Attend meetings and training sessions

• Able to stand/walk for 4-8 hours
