CoolToday is hiring Sales Leads Generators to partner with Home Depot in Florida. You will identify potential customers through engaging dialogue and schedule HVAC service appointments.

The role offers $20 per hour plus commission, robust benefits, and growth opportunities. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a premier heating and cooling provider.

Candidates should be customer-focused, energetic, and able to work weekends; pre-employment screenings apply.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional image to support the company’s business in Home Depot.
• Maintain and use the HVAC kiosk/display to explain HVAC products and services.

• Greet customers, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store staff and management.
• Educate customers about the HVAC program for Home Depot customers and employees.
• Meet program KPIs and attend meetings/trainings.

As a member of the team in the Lead Generator position, you will identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue. The goal is to schedule customers for Heating and Cooling service appointments offered by Wrench Group.

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve to specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
