• Engage customers at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows, and retail locations.
• Discuss customers’ window and door needs, product features and benefits.
• Schedule appointments and generate leads – the more appointments set, the higher the earnings.
• Maintain high energy, a positive attitude, and consistently overcome objections.
• Set up and break down event displays, equipment, and materials.
• Travel to various locations using reliable transportation; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Follow safety protocols, including social distancing, mask usage, and daily health checks.

• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).
• Part‑time, flexible hours (4‑5 hours per shift).

Compensation & Benefits
