Total Comfort, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to represent us in local retail stores in Minnesota. You will engage with in-store customers to generate HVAC sales leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for maintenance, repair, or replacement options.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in sales or lead generation, strong communication, CRM familiarity, and resilience. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our national platform.

Role Overview

Sales Lead Generator (2025-1077)

We are hiring individuals to represent our company inside local retail stores. This position will be generating sales leads and setting appointments with retail customers to conduct store sponsored maintenance, repairs, and replacement options. Our Lead Generators are the first point of contact for prospects, playing a vital role in building our sales pipeline and supporting company growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, setting appointments and generating interest in our services offered. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a drive to success in a fast-paced environment while networking.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (construction/skilled trades industry a plus). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Outgoing, self-motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude. - Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism with all prospects. - Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Team player who can collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
