Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 4510-Fremont Hub in Fremont, CA. You will create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and develop your team.

You will help guide the team to success, drive results, and coach staff to improve performance while maintaining brand standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.
