Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking a Retail Sales Lead for our Tukwila store to energize the team and drive sales while delivering outstanding service. You’ll foster a positive, inclusive vibe and mentor staff to meet performance goals.

You will manage a fast-paced retail floor, provide feedback, maintain store standards, and embody the sneaker culture that defines our brand. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
• Fun and outgoing, confident and engaging
• Into the latest fashion trends and shoes
• Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sales, motivating and connecting with customers to provide the best service.
• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer’s problems.
• Meet customers, build positive relations, and set an example for the team.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized and maintain a great store vibe.
