Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead in Grove City, PA to partner with the Store Manager and guide a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll help train associates, drive daily operations, and step into the Manager role when needed.

You will motivate staff, identify opportunities to improve performance, and ensure brand guidelines and asset protection policies are followed. Seasonal evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Proficiency with basic technology and ability to operate store systems.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
