Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 5526-Pinecrest Plaza-Soma-Southern Pines, NC. You will supervise staff, uphold brand standards, and drive a welcoming, customer-centric store culture that reflects our hospitality values.

In this role you will partner with store leaders to meet sales goals, coach team members, manage operations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Support with scheduling and development discussions as needed.
