Job summary

Pandora in Germantown is seeking a Sales Lead to be the face of the brand in-store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales with passion for our jewelry. You will support Managers and Sales Associates, coach team members, and help exceed KPIs while representing Pandora’s culture and values.

The role requires a results-oriented seller with retail experience, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire a team. Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring, engaging approach.
• Ability to charm and connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking and delivering results.
• Efficient time management with the ability to set priorities and delegate when needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build genuine connections with Pandora fans.
• Support store Managers and Sales Associates to drive sales and deliver KPI targets.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance.
