Chico's in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders and supervise the team. You will set direction, coach staff, and uphold brand standards to create memorable, personalized experiences for customers that reflect our hospitality-driven culture.

In this role you will assist with opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment, while sharing brand priorities and driving omni-channel sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
