Chico's Fort Collins store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and coach on product knowledge and customer engagement. You will model hospitality, drive brand priorities, and help create memorable, personalized shopping experiences that reflect our culture.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ownership, and flexibility, with opportunities to contribute to a positive team culture and achieve sales goals through in‑store and omni‑channel activities.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
