Job summary

Chico's in Brea, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities on the sales floor. You will set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You’ll assist with opening/closing, convey brand priorities, coach staff, manage cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and participate in omni-channel initiatives. 18+ and 2 years of retail management preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel focus.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and participate in scheduling as needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
