KnitWell Group in Birch Run Premium Outlets, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role-model exceptional customer experiences while guiding store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become a store expert and will onboard and develop a motivated team, ensuring a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.

The role emphasizes coaching, high standards, and readiness to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
