About The Role

As a Sales Lead, you'll support and role model excellent customer experiences, focusing on personalized service and guiding associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications
  • 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
  • Management experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with technology and POS systems.
  • Enjoys communicating and coaching.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
  • Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks effectively.
