Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 2295 The Shops at Wyomissing, PA 19610. You will model exceptional customer experiences and support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and team development.

You will help onboard and coach associates, uphold visual and operational standards, and drive a customer-focused, omnichannel environment using available tools. This Regular/Part Time role offers merchandise discounts, professional development, and opportunities across KnitWell Group

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you're a key team member who supports and role models excellent customer experiences. Your focus is on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates. You have a direct impact on both the customer experience and the associate experience. You'll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions, so you are ready to step in as manager when needed.

Your qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred)
• Management experience (preferred)
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
