Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at our store in Wauwatosa, WI, to model personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in retail, some management experience, and are flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role focuses on customer engagement, coaching, and maintaining brand standards in a dynamic environment.
