Job summary

LOFT in Kansas City is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide store associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to learn store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will onboard and develop a highly engaged team, provide in-the-moment coaching, and uphold store standards while driving a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technologically proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
