Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Moosic, PA to mentor and guide its store team while delivering standout customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to model company values, train associates, and ensure high standards in service, presentation, and operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
