Job summary

Soma Naples is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders to supervise the team and model exceptional service. You’ll help open/close the store, share brand priorities, and drive a customer-centric, omni-channel experience on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail management experience, a strong focus on relationships, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.
