Join us as a Sales Lead (Key Holder) at Jockey International, Inc. in Columbus, OH

We are seeking an energetic Sales Lead to provide excellent customer service, support store goals, and assist with opening and closing the store. All part-time employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO), discounts, and incentives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Demonstrate behavior reflecting Jockey’s core values and culture.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff.
  • Greet customers warmly, promote ongoing promotions, and suggest products.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Promote company programs like Rewards and satisfaction guarantees.
  • Assist in driving sales, store goals, and profitability.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when needed, including opening and closing the store.
  • Support merchandising efforts and maintain visual standards.
  • Protect cash, inventory, and company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and maintain a safe environment.
  • Support hiring and recruitment efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
  • 1 year of management experience.
  • Three years of retail or customer service experience with a passion for guest service and sales.
Physical Demands & Working Environment:
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to move around the store, perform repetitive movements, and work on ladders.
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals.
