Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with expert product knowledge and a friendly, human touch.

The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, a high school diploma, and active optician license where required. This position supports store goals and may involve opening/closing duties in a leadership capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continued training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store in lead positions only

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay: $12.82 - 17.29 per hour

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The Sr. OS personally takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way. A Senior Optical Specialist has 12 mo. prior industry (optical) experience.

The SR. OS currently has and maintains license requirements per state guidelines in this role and dispenses eyewear in states where required and/if licensed.
