Job summary

Chico's in Miami is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and step in for leadership duties. You will set the tone for a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

You will balance store operations, brand messaging, and team development, while coaching staff, managing schedules, and supporting omni-channel sales efforts. The role emphasizes teamwork and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
