Visionworks of America is seeking a Sales Lead in Texas to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey with optical expertise and a friendly, human approach. You will drive sales, assist patients, and ensure eyewear needs are met with accuracy.

You will lead daily operations, engage customers, and stay updated on products and services while ensuring a great patient experience and adherence to store goals.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsabilités

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support finances and customer experience, including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.

The Role

A VisionworksSales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey


• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs


• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time


• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience


• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary


• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment.

Compensation range for the roles is listed above. Applicable salary rangers may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions.
