Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding patients through the eyewear journey and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will leverage optical knowledge, lead daily sales goals, and support store operations with a human and bold approach.

The role requires a current state optician license and a HS diploma or GED. Prior customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.

• Current State Opticians License required.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day store operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.

Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate: $22.20 - $32.44

The Role

A Visionworks Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment.

Compensation range for the roles is listed above. Applicable salary rangers may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions.
