Acosta Group in Concord, North Carolina is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store performance. The role offers $20 per hour plus aggressive commission and paid training, with weekly pay and travel between store locations if needed.

You will meet sales goals, coach associates, conduct onboarding, and handle escalated issues while following carrier guidelines. Flexible retail schedules including evenings and weekends are required.

Description and Requirements

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

$20/ hr. + Unlimited Commission | Paid Training Spiffs

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
