Job summary

Chico's on King Street in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver personalized hospitality. You will set the tone on the sales floor, coach colleagues, and partner with store leadership to drive sales and maintain operations.

The role requires at least 18 years old, strong customer relationships, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
