Job Highlights

$17.25 - $19.43 per hour

Our Sales Keyholder backs up the store leadership team by overseeing sales and customer service, coaching teammates, and managing daily store operations when necessary. This role is a great first-time leadership opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  2. Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience
  3. Recognize and reward performance
  4. Coach, train, and support teammates
  5. Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
  7. Open and close the store as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of retail/customer service experience
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. during shifts

Role Purpose

The Keyholder contributes to store profitability by performing leadership duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting operational excellence. Acts as a leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and is responsible for opening and closing the store.
