You are a Sales Master. You are a tenacious, achievement driven, individual who is a charismatic person and craves prospecting for new opportunities, expresses boundless enthusiasm, and are a forward thinking individual. You effectively demonstrate a remarkable ability at opening doors to new opportunities and setting successful engagements.

You will be starting cold, that means cold calling and reaching out to IT Decision Makers, Upper Management professionals, and C-Level Executives from a vast cross-section of industries and varying composition. You are supported by a Marketing and Demand Generation Team to help you carry the message.

Our Compensation Plan features an UNCAPPED COMMISSION as well as performance incentives for exceeding quota.

Responsibilities
  • Perform in a business-to-business sales environment as an outside sales professional.
  • Demonstrate a technical, high level aptitude or background in modern day technology foundations such as Datacenter operations, Server Infrastructure, Virtualization, VoIP, Network Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, DaaS, IaaS, and LAN/WAN Networking.
  • Utilize a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to plan and track sales activities.
  • Build lasting customer relationships.
  • Sell to C-Level Executives.
  • Manage a varying schedule and meet tight deadlines.
  • Develop multiple tactical alternatives to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Possess exceptional written/verbal communications skills and presentation skills.
  • Follow-up on all sales to ensure retention, quality control, and development of new business.
  • Prepare and formally present proposals to C-Level Executives and IT Decision Makers.
  • Establish trust, rapport, and credibility with C-Level Executives.
  • Identify potential challenges in the sales cycle and adjust course as necessary.
  • Understand prospecting and how to convert opportunities to wins.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities and targeted growth strategy to achieve annual new business objectives.
  • Overcome objections and skillfully close sales.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline, diligence, and strong work ethics.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of Two (2), preferably Four (4) years in a business-to-business sales environment as an outside sales professional.
  • Minimum of Two (2), preferably Four (4) years of experience consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Technical Skills and Certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Experience excelling in a dynamic culture that requires adaptability.
  • Self-motivated and driven team player with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to develop multiple tactical alternatives to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
  • Some travel may be required – all expenses paid.
  • Must own or lease a well-maintained motor vehicle.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
