Position Summary:
The Sales Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative workflow and asset tracking in the Truck Sales Department. This position assists the new truck sales team by processing new truck order entry, communicating order change statuses, communicating build information to appropriate departments, and ensuring customer delivery process is followed. This role will have responsibilities for proper inventory tracking, updating and visibility.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee process of creating TSOs, Ordering of each unit, and update build schedule spreadsheets.
  • Create and monitor a singular tracking mechanism for department with truck order submitted, build date, delivered, prepped, documents generated, and funded. (New Truck Inventory Balance, Customer Vehicle Payments, Truck AR Balances)
  • Ensure funds are pulled from DTF when all documents are signed and returned in same working day.
  • Manage web-based marketing with support from Used Truck Manager.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies amongst brands and offerings.
  • Continuously document and improve sales processes from ordering to funding.
  • Regular reporting for inventory levels, holds, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update all brand/model stock truck specifications.
  • Coordinate and document sales processes with fixed operations.
  • Lead the Sales Administrator group to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly tasks are completed.
  • Develop and oversee a streamlined process to assign used stock numbers, collect title copies and put together check/wire requests for purchase of new used trucks.
  • Ensure timely upload of appraisals of newly purchased or bailment units.
  • Once appraisals are completed, ensure proper information is inputted into Arcadium and start the process to capture proper photos.
  • Update used truck workflow through the shop and vendors by updating Used Truck WIP daily.
  • Ensure completion of warranty process for all bailment trucks.
  • Ensure proper status of inventory in Arcadium as they are purchased, reconditioned, and sold.
  • Oversee proper tracking of after sales expense reimbursement from vendors and customers.
  • Ensure proper management of schedules relating to truck sales department.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and/or required experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of management experience and industry experience desired
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Requires strong project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Requires strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation:$80,000-$100,000 annually. Base salary will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education.
