Job summary

ALKU is offering a paid internship in sales in Andover, MA. You’ll work real ALKU accounts with a dedicated full-time mentor, gaining hands-on experience from day one. The program is designed to fast-track interns into full-time roles, with weekly performance bonuses.

Hours vary by semester, including 12+ hours/week during fall/spring and 40 hours/week in the summer. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not offered at this time.

The Internship

• Real ALKU accounts, real business, real impact from day one

• Pay: $16–$18/hour + weekly performance-based bonuses
• Hours:
• Fall/Spring Semester: minimum12 hours/week, scheduled around your classes
• Summer: 40 hours/week
• Paid internship only; no academic or class credit

What You'll Do

• You'll work the phones, book meetings, chase leads, and hit metrics
• Complete Circuit, our intern training program: hands-on experience and real-time feedback from day one
• Learn both sides of sales
• Drive business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing
• Build foundational skills and your professional network
